PAYMENT
Tuition and Annual Registration Fee are billed at time of registration. Auto-billing is the 25th of the month (or the preceding day). Mid-month registration is prorated. 30 day online cancellation notice required. 60 day minimum commitment is required. Tuition is non-refundable.
Tuition is billed on a monthly basis (both the Cary Area & North Raleigh locations) on the 25th of the prior month and auto-billed to your credit card for the upcoming month (ex: February will be auto-billed on January 25).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer makeups. We do not adjust the cost for when you will be missing a class (vacations, recitals, illness, etc.). Please see our FAQs for more details on missed classes.
No spaces are guaranteed until you register online and receive an email confirming that you have enrolled in a class, or you enroll at the swim school in-person.
A 30-day written notice is required for any cancellation. We require a 60-DAY MINIMUM COMMITMENT for all classes.
There is an annual $45 non-refundable registration fee.
